![]() Specifies the published application reconnection behavior setting. Specifies the published application display protocol to use, if available. The name is the display name that was specified for the application pool in the pool creation wizard. Specifies the name of the published application as it appears in the desktop and application selection window. Horizon Client Command-Line Options Option The following table shows the command-line options that you can use with the vmware-view command. 64-bit systems: C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware Horizon View Client\.32-bit systems: C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Horizon View Client\.You can add this path to the PATH environment variable on the client system. The default path to the vmware-view command executable file depends on the client system. Use the following form of the vmware-view command from a Windows command prompt. The view administrator shows that the resolution is 1920x1280 for the pool as well. The syntax of the vmware-view command controls the operation of Horizon Client. Also, looking at the resolution through the client shows that its the surface res that has taken over. Attempting to change it to the above resolution doesn't work because the client doesn't show that resolution. ![]() At this point the desktop has to be hard rebooted because the user can't see the desktop from the monitor (though he can reconnect from the surface through vmware).įrom what I have gathered, the surface changes the resolution to the higher one that it supports, but the physical machine doesn't actually support that resolution. Each time the user connects to this machine, then disconnects the client, the monitor on the physical machine throws a message that the "current input timing is not supported by the monitor display. We have a user that connects to their physical windows 10 machine using the vmware horizon view desktop client (using blast protocol).
